If you have a need for milling or grinding, take a quick look below at what PacMoore has to offer. Then give us a call so we can answer any questions you have.
Mill or Grind Particles Down to 20 Microns with an Air Classifying Mill

The outlet particle size is controlled using an internal dynamic classifier, which recirculates coarser particles back to the grinding zone to achieve the appropriate grind and provide a tight particle size distribution. By changing process parameters such as airflow, rotor and separator speed, and product flow rate, any grind down to 20 microns can be achieved with accuracy.
Through trial and R&D work PacMoore is poised and able to determine the optimal grind specification for application.
Mitigate Unwanted Product Degradation
A primary and differentiating benefit of using an air classifying mill as opposed to other types of mills is the level of “care” that is given to the product. In an air classifying mill, product is conveyed via a pneumatic process through the mill system, which mitigates any unwanted product degradation that could be created by conveying by mechanical means. Another benefit of the pneumatic process is that the product is protected from thermal degradation due to the mill’s air to product ratio, which shields the product from thermal shock. This allows temperature sensitive materials to be milled.
PacMoore’s mill and milling process are designed for either continuous or batch production, allowing for large or small campaigns. We are able to receive raw materials in a wide range of packaging and can package your finished goods into a variety of packaging as well.
Listed below are the types of product categories that are well-suited for our mill. Our goal is to limit the products we process to those with a 0 Kst value. Call Josh Warren at PacMoore toll free at 866-610-2666 or directly at 317-440-4497 to discuss your exact needs.
